When we speak about Raboso del Piave, we refer to a great Italian wine, with a strong local identity in Veneto from Roman times. Our Raboso del Piave named Sangue del Diavolo (Devil Blood) is a structured wine with neat tannins and a balanced acidity, attenuated by soft notes of cherry and mature plum. It is made with 10% of dried grapes, and ages in oak and barrique for 24 months. On the nose cherry and wild blueberry hints with cinnamon, tobacco and violet notes. Sapidity, a pleasant acidity and a good alcohol content give this wine a long and delightful aftertaste.
