SATEN FRANCIACORTA

This wine is crafted from Chardonnay, with a portion fermented and aged in stainless steel and a portion fermented and aged in French oak. Following bottling and the induction of the second fermentation, the wine is aged for a minimum of two years on the lees. Look for impressive apple, peach, herb, mineral and tangy orange citrus, with a toasty underbelly.
